This part of the Corbieres is a beautiful combination of vineyards and garrigues. There is river swimming nearby and it's a terrific area for hiking, walking and cycling.
Carcassonne is about 25 minutes, Lagrasse about 20, Narbonne and the Mediterranean are about 45.
