Homps is only a couple of minutes away. It's about 30 minutes to Carcassonne, Narbonne, and the Mediterranean beaches. A new 18 hole golf course is due to open in 2008 and is about 5 minutes away. There's also a recreational lake about 10 minutes away.
The apartment has very good potential as a vacation rental because there aren't many charming studios available in the area.
