 A perfect pied-a-terre for one or two people. The house has about 50 m2 of living space on two levels with a cave (basement).
The main floor is an open living room with a corner kitchen. The top floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The cave is a workshop with water and electricity and a room that could be made into a second bedroom.
The court is on two levels, the lower level which could be used to park a car - it has access to the cave, and the upper level which is tiled and has a barbeque. There is an outside WC and shower, originally that was the only bathroom.
The court faces south and is private and sunny. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is parking in front of the gates.
Laure is a charming circulade village with a bakery, a butcher, and a shop. It's about 30 minutes from Carcassonne. |
